I talked with the owner about a broken window. I called to request a quote to replace it but in the course of the conversation it came out that I’m a fairly capable DIY’er, and he walked me through how I might save money by doing it myself. The whole experience was a good one. Getting a fast estimate was as easy as a phone call. Once we'd decided, everything moved along quickly, while some other places were talking about a wait of months! Danny and Adam, who did the installation, were professional and experienced. They installed TEN windows in one day, except for a bit of outside trim, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the windows looked awesome on the inside and scheduled the outdoor work for the very next morning. They cleaned up every scrap--they even vacuumed an old rug that I'd intended to throw out after the work, but it looks so good now I may keep it! And all this at a wonderful price.
