Thanks for the service, from ordering to the end of the project I was impressed with everyone at Window Depot. Our house has never looked better and we can already tell a difference in how often the furnace comes on.

I purchased these windows a while back but waited to do the review. My son broke one of the windows and they were very responsive in getting my window fixed. I love the windows and im pretty happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

I talked with the owner about a broken window. I called to request a quote to replace it but in the course of the conversation it came out that I’m a fairly capable DIY’er, and he walked me through how I might save money by doing it myself. This demonstrates a high level of integrity and customer service. I didn’t use them this time but they’ll likely be my first call if I need service in the future.

The whole experience was a good one. Getting a fast estimate was as easy as a phone call. Once we'd decided, everything moved along quickly, while some other places were talking about a wait of months! Danny and Adam, who did the installation, were professional and experienced. They installed TEN windows in one day, except for a bit of outside trim, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the windows looked awesome on the inside and scheduled the outdoor work for the very next morning. They cleaned up every scrap--they even vacuumed an old rug that I'd intended to throw out after the work, but it looks so good now I may keep it! And all this at a wonderful price.
